A Bohemian 3/4 size double bass made ca. 1900. This instrument features a spruce top, maple flatback, maple ribs, and beech neck/scroll. Originally blockless, a modernized neck block was installed years ago, and BVS recently completed a fingerboard dressing and adjustable maple bridge. These basses are real workhorses and almost always sound killer - this one is no exception!
