A rare French double bass bow crafted by Emile Auguste Ouchard (1900-1969) in 1948, stamped EMILE A. OUCHARD - NEW YORK. This bow features an octagonal stick crafted of fine pernambuco, with silver tip plate and black leather grip. The frog is ebony fully mounted in silver, with Parisian eyes, pearl slide, and silver button.
