A French bass bow possibly of English origin from the early 20th c. Octagonal pernambuco stick with ebony tip, leather grip, and ebony frog mounted in nickel. The stick has a prior head graft that was expertly executed and is nearly imperceptable. We believe that the frog an button are not original to the bow, but are in fine condition. 137 g.
