A carved 7/8 size bass labeled GA Pfretzschner, made ca. 1930s. Made with spruce top, maple roundback, ribs, and neck/scroll. Tuning machines are original single-plate brass. Finish is original and in good condition. Recent set-up was completed at BVS, including a fingerboard dressing, adjustable bridge, soundpost, and false nut to shorten the string length. This is a BIG bass with an even BIGGER sound! Consignment.
