A fully carved 1/2 size double bass made in Germany ca. 1950s. It features a spruce top paired with a maple round back, maple ribs, and maple neck/scroll. Fittings are ebony, and it carries a total BVS set-up, including a fingerboard dressing, adjustable bridge, and soundpost adjustment. A well-made European fractional instrument that sounds terrific!
