A German 3/4 made ca. 1960s. We often see these basses with Juzek labels, or a more generic Mittenwald label. This one features a spruce top, a maple roundback with beautiful figure in the central area, maple ribs, and maple neck/scroll. German workshop basses from this period can be real work horse instruments - this one is punchy, loud, and would make a killer jazz bass! Consignment.
