A rare Horst Grunert Viennese model crafted in Penzberg, Germany in 1988. This one-owner instrument features a spruce top paired with a beautifully flamed maple back, matching ribs, and a flamed maple scroll. It carries ebony fittings, a brand new maple adjustable bridge, individual brass tuning machines, and a Robertsons C-extension. This unusual Grunert model is well made, very healthy, and sounds terrific!
