Another killer bass from Nick Lloyd! This 7/8 walnut powerhouse features a two-piece spruce top paired with a book matched flamed walnut flatback, flamed walnut ribs, and a maple neck/scroll. Fittings are ebony, it carries a maple adjustable bridge, and a chromatic C-extension. The walnut flatback yields a massive and punchy low end, with a deep, smooth, organic warmth across all registers, while maintaining clarity and rich overtones without getting muddy or compressed under heavy bow pressure. Beautifully applied varnish and tasteful antiquing tie it all together into a delicious package!
This bass has been played professionally since new and would be right at home in any pro section!
