A fully carved 3/4 size double bass made in Romania, with spruce top, maple flatback, maple ribs, and maple scroll. This bass carries ebony fittings, a maple adjustable bridge, and single plate brass tuning machines. A complete overhaul was completed by BVS including the removal of the original ladder bracing, brand new Responsive Bracing installed, back regraduation, top regraduation, and BVS setup. These are workhorse basses and with the right improvements, they sound terrific. Classical or jazz, this one does it all! Includes Realist Copperhead and soft cover.
