A French style bass bow made by Canadian maker, Roy Quade. This bow features a round pernambuco stick paired with a bone tip plate, silver winding, and black leather grip. The frog is ebony fully mounted in silver, with pearl slide, Parisian eyes, and silver button. 137g.
In addition to being a four-time gold medal recipient from the Violin Society of America with the Hors Concours honour for sustained achievement, he has also been awarded a silver medal by the British Violin Making Association, and has received fifteen merit awards at competitions in the United States and Great Britain.
