Samuel Kolstein #138 registered French double bass bow crafted in New York c.1961. This lovely bow features an octagonal stick of pernambuco from the Wurlitzer collection, paired with a mammoth tip plate, silver winding, and black leather grip. The frog is ebony fully mounted in silver, with a pearl slide, Parisian eyes, and a silver button with pearl inlay on the end. This bow has a spline repair at the tip. 153g.
