A French bass bow by Vincenzo Deluccia, ca. 1940s. Pernambuco stick, with ivory tip, silver winding, and black thumb leather. Frog is ebony, mounted in nickel silver, with ivory underslide, ivory heel detail, and pearl slide. This bow has a small repair at the throat that was completed at Robertson & Sons nearly 30 years ago. The repair remains steadfast, but the bow is priced accordingly.
